Fourth PERMAYOUTH Online Training: Introduction to Water Management and Conservation

Water is one of our most valuable natural resources – and using it wisely is essential for the future of sustainable agriculture. 

As part of the PERMAYOUTH project, we are continuing our series of online trainings with the fourth session, “Introduction to Water Management and Conservation”, financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The training will focus on practical approaches to managing and conserving water in agriculture, helping participants understand how water can be used more efficiently while supporting sustainable food production.

During the training, participants will explore:

  • Water management techniques for agriculture
  • Rainwater harvesting and ways to collect and use rainwater
  • Water-efficient farming practices
  • The importance of responsible water use for sustainable agriculture
  • Practical approaches to reducing water waste and improving efficiency

The session will provide participants with useful knowledge and practical ideas that can be applied in agricultural settings, gardens, and everyday life.
